beautiful beachfront, large gym, strong drinks

The lobby bathrooms seriously need a cleaning service!!! Construction around the pool area is a complete eyesore. Room ambiance could use improvement, especially concerning unpleasant odors!!! Uninspired food offerings could be more enticing!!!

The hotel ambiance is vibrant and culturally rich.

My family suite was a total disappointment. It was supposed to showcase a lovely garden view, but instead, we got a moldy room with a wall staring back at us. To make matters worse, we noticed that friends who booked through a travel agency received better accommodations for a lower price, which left us feeling cheated. The management's indifference to our complaints was incredibly frustrating.

The grounds of the resort were well-maintained and provided a lovely atmosphere. Staff were always present, offering to assist with any requests. The balcony view from my deluxe double room was stunning, perfect for morning coffee. Nearby, I discovered a fantastic café just a short stroll away that served great food and coffee.

The beachfront location made it super easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Plus, the multiple pools were a hit with my teenage kids. we spent hours splashing around. We also appreciated the inviting grounds, which added a nice touch to our stay.

In my kids’ opinion, the food options could use more variety for picky eaters.

Clean room, friendly staff, the pools were well maintained and provided a nice area to relax after a day of exploration. also, the location was convenient for walking to local attractions.

costa club punta arena, todo incluido is great for families. we enjoyed the two-bedroom suite and the activities for kids. the location is perfect, close to the malecon and all kinds of stores. the staff was friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

I loved how easily accessible the Vallarta Art Walk was, just a little over one kilometer away, and the variety of local restaurants like Argentini's only a short 300 meters stroll from the hotel made dining out a delightful experience. as a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help, but the buffet food could use more variety.

We had an amazing time staying here as a group of friends! The beach was right there, and we loved visiting the local shops and enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The staff was super friendly, and the adult pool was a great spot to relax between our adventures.

However, the food could have been better. it was kind of hit or miss.

The Italian restaurant was open almost every day during our week-long stay, and the food was surprisingly tasty! The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were perfect spots for unwinding in the sun. However, I was a bit bummed that I couldn't grab a chair to watch the sunset on the beach, but it didn't ruin the fun. 🌅
